Week 2 consisted off 6 x 1:30 runs. It doesn’t sound hard, but it actually really is 😂.
I came very close to quitting on the first week 2 run, but I have decided that even if my body hates me for doing it, I will carry on for as long as I can!

Yes… it’s me… Newblogger20… and this site is going to be about (as you hopefully will have noticed 😉) my Couch to 5K Journey. The aim of this for me is to lose some weight, get fitter, and prove to a girl (”Callie”) that I can stick to something I don’t like and not give up.
I will be doing my third week one run tomorrow, and am currently doing this whole thing with my dad, a marathon runner, a fitness freak, and a man who will be in the 2019 off road triathlon world championships in Spain this year 🥰. #Prouddaughter 🥳🥰🥳
So follow me in my journey of weight loss (hopefully!) and pain (hopefully not 😂) as I attempt to start running!
